A further presentation of silver fruit knife was made to her son, Master Wakeford, who responded by aingingr "Tipperary," to the delight of the audience. NOTICE. Having been brought to my notice that reports are in circulation that I am not in full sympathy with my adopted country, as regards this war, conducted so cruelly by the enemy, I hereby declare that these reports are totally untrue. I have been as much horrified at the barbarous actions and deeds done by the enemy as anyone. I beg to assure the public that I yield to no one in my loyalty to the British Sovereign and people. 1 have now lived in England 40 years, 25 of which I have spent among the people in Barry. I have been a natural- ised British subject for 10 years, and have always been faithful to the oath I took then, and shall continue to_do so. F. J. GREENER, 118, Holton-road, Barry Docks.
